ULAT are to be taken seriously. They pose a threat to national security as there are ongoing airspace concerns for aviators around the world who encounter them. As of year 2021, U.S. UAPTF documented 11 incident reports in which pilots reported near misses with ULAT. Please note U.S. DNI Preliminary Assessment 2021, page 5, Foreign Adversary Systems; as we believe that ULAT best falls under this category as a non-governmental entity.
